For our SIP trunking service, please ensure firewalls are open to accept the following public facing IP addresses / subnets and that your phone systems also white lists these IP addresses / subnets: 126.96.36.199/28 (that is: 188.8.131.52-175), 184.108.40.206/28 and in addition / specifically:
SIP: 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124
Media: 126.96.36.199-165, 188.8.131.52-167, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124
In addition, if you are also using our 4HA Hosted Telephony service, please continue to ensure firewalls are open to accept the following public facing IP addresses and that your phone systems also white lists these IP addresses:
SIP: 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52
Our domain/realm is sip.sip-trunking-services.com but you have the option instead of using your own domain DNS C NAME record that points to sip.sip-trunking-services.com. If you do use your DNS record, do contact your domain provider and ensure the TTL (time to live) is set to be short (2-5 minutes). Ensuring this is done will mean you benefit from our auto-failover service and ensure that any failover happens within a few short minutes.
Importantly, please note that the domain/realm you use to register with must be the same as the 'SIP Domain' set in your reseller 'Options' page.
