The ST+ SDR (service detail record) file specification and format is detailed below. The file is exported in .CSV format and so fields are comma separated (or comma quote delimited). The SDR file provides data for a complete billing month.

Field: "changeTime"
Description: Denotes the month start date for ‘ROLLING’ services, or the date of creation for ‘CREATE’ services, or the date of deletion for ‘DELETE’ services.
