In order to provide complete flexibility and to support the sales process, our billing system allows a reseller to specify different end client billing rates - for either services or call tariffs - so that you can bill one client at one rate, another at a different, second, rate. We term these 'rate overrides'.
Up to two such bespoke billing changes per month are included in your monthly service fee; additional changes are charged on a time and materials basis. The date a new rate override becomes effective must be from the start of a given month.
Detail your rate override to email@example.com, clearing stating:
(a) your business name / account code
(b) end client business name / account code
(c) service / tariff to be overrided
(d) new service / tariff rate
(e) effective from date / month
