At reseller level, four log types are available:

(a) SDR (Service Detail Record) Log

(b) Provisioning Log

(c) Limits Log

(d) Barred Calls Log

At client level, the provisioning log is not available.  All logs can be filtered and exported if required via the 'Export' function.  Please also note that a fifth log file, the CDR (call detail record) exists as its own top-level tab.

(a) SDR (Service Detail Record) Log

This contains details of all billable services - numbers, trunk channels, call recording etc. - and is automatically populated whenever a portal activity invokes a billable action.  The SDR log is set out in a monthly snapshot view.

(b) Provisioning Log

Available at reseller level only, this log file is an audit trail of when underlying client accounts have been created / deleted.

(c) Limits Log

The limits log is an audit trail of when limit profiles have been created / deleted / amended.

(d) Barred Calls Log

The 'Barred Calls Log' expands upon the CDR tab's 'Hangup Cause' by giving a detailed reason for a call that has been barred and is an excellent first for to call for troubleshooting.  Calls may be barred for a number of reasons ranging from a limit profile has been reached through to the PBX attempting to present an unknown number/DDI.  For a list of error codes / reasons please refer to Barred Calls Error Codes although the code and reason/description are detailed for you in the barred calls log.  The 'Working Time' column denotes whether the barred call took place during the hours detailed on the client's 'Working Time' tab.

Please note that a call can be rejected / barred by different modules within our architecture (e.g. in the switching algorithms or in the dialplan generation modules) in addition to being rejected / barred by underlying carriers, ether those used to send the call or those used to receive it.  The 'Barred Calls Log' details those cases when call is barred during the dialplan generation, which is likely to capture the majority of barred calls (and that is a reason why there may be calls in the 'CDR' tab that may looked as though they should also have been logged as barred calls but may not necessarily be listed in it).
