Call recording can be enabled at either a per number/DDI level or at trunk level (which will record all calls for all numbers associated with the trunk). This is enabled either by selecting the number - or trunk, as required - and ticking the 'Call Recording' checkbox.  Both inbound calls and outbound calls are recorded; within your Box account call recording folder, calls are stored in sub folders with the dialled, or presented, number/DDI.


As SIP Trunk Plus mobile accounts area also allocated a number, and as native GSM calls to/from a mobile account route via our platform, calls can also be recording for SIP Trunk Plus mobile accounts in the same way as any other number.
