The time taken for a call to be uploaded to Box is dependent upon:

  • the 'quality' of the call (that is, the CODEC being used)
  • system load (how 'busy' the SIP Trunk Plus platform is in terms of calls, portal use, how many calls being recording)
  • the length of the call


  • a call will be uploaded in the order of 5-15 minutes
  • up to a current maximum of circa. 30 minutes
