As you may have seen via the portal status notification, overnight on Thursday 21-22/05/2015 from approx. 22:00-02:00. Both registrations and calls will be affected so if your clients will be operating during this period of time, please do advise them accordingly. A new version of limit profiles…

 

In particular, please note that Thursday nights release includes fundamental changes to limit profiles functionality: please refer to Limit Profiles & Fraud Mitigation in our ‘Solutions’ area, particularly the Limit Profiles Phase 2 topic. Existing limit profiles will be automatically updated and you / your clients should notice no changes, however, if your clients make international calls, please check the limit profiles for such clients by setting appropriate limits.

We’re continuing our monthly webinars which will typically coincide with our regular software releases. We want to provide a forum to let you know what’s new and to give you guidance on the use of the latest platform releases. An update on migration to our new infrastructure / firewall and other related changes…

 

Further to our earlier announcements, we continue to migrate clients across to our new infrastructure. We’re contacting clients on a case by case basis as we migrate them from our current architecture to our new architecture and if you have not already been contacted, you will be soon. This task is not time critical at this time and coupled with the essential need to ensure smooth transition we are purposefully taking an appropriate amount of time on this task.

 

SIP Trunk Plus hosted telephony service and integrated mobile services…

 

Our ‘4HA’ Hosted Telephony service is available and we’re receiving positive feedback regarding it, thank you. Our mobile accounts / SIM’s, with integrated SMS and extension dialling when integrated to 4HA are still available for free trials: please visit the ‘Mobile’ section of our ‘Solutions’ area to find out more.
