If you are new reseller and have not yet set up any SIP accounts / trunks for your end clients, you don't have to migrate.  Instead:


(a) ensure that the 'SIP Domain' that you have set on your reseller 'Options' page on the SIP Trunk Plus portal is set to be sip.sip-trunking-services.com (or alternatively change this setting to a DNS CNAME Record that you have set up on your own domain to point to sip.sip-trunking-services.com, if preferred).


(b) ensure that when you register a trunk that you set both the 'Domain' / 'Realm' / 'Outbound proxy hostname or IP'  - and the 'Proxy' / 'Registrar' / 'SIP server hostname or IP' - to both be sip.sip-trunking-services.com (or alternatively to the DNS CNAME Record that you have set up on your own domain to point to sip.sip-trunking-services.com, if preferred).


(c) ensure that you log into the 'new' portal via https://sip.sip-trunking-services.com/admin/ or via (or alternatively via https://<YOUR_CNAME_RECORD>/admin/, if preferred).
