…for migrating your SIP accounts to our new architecture, which means that we can now focus on the final stages of implementing our auto-failover between our dual data centres. Whilst the changes required typically only took 5-10 minutes per trunk we know that some took longer and that time is precious so we’re grateful for your cooperation in allowing us to provide you with one of the best SIP trunking services available.

Related, if you previously used https://sip.500.uk.com/admin/ to access the portal, this is a further reminder for you to now instead use https://sip.sip-trunking-services.com/admin/. Similarly, if you previously used your own DNS A Record to access the portal, you should now create a new DNS C NAME Record which points to sip.sip-trunking-services.com (please do not change any existing / current DNS A Record you may have set up).

This forthcoming webinar will spend some time looking at any further queries regarding our new infrastructure a well as focusing on the release of our new portal software, a project we have now been able to push forward with now that much of the work on our new architecture is complete.
