Setting addresses is extremely important and moreover it is your responsibility and legal requirement to ensure that addresses for your / your clients' numbers are set.


If a call is made from a number that does not have an address set, BT will contact our carrier who in turn will contact us; we in turn will contact you and remind you of our agreement with you and responsibility in this regard.


If issues of this nature are repeated then BT will instruct Ofcom to investigate which may have a large range of possible repercussions.


We operate a 'three strikes' policy: if there have been three occasions when we have been contacted and so in turn have had cause to contact you, we must regrettably cease your account with us.
