For call or service issues (high and medium severity issues) please refer to 'Raising A Fault Ticket' then email us at email@example.com. Additionally, if required, you can call us on 03333 444 787 (option 3 for 'Support'). Please do refer to Issues Severities & Service Level Agreements prior to raising a support ticket or contacting us, thank you.
In the unlikely event that you have an emergency / critical service issue (urgent / critical issues) and you are unable to contact us via the usual channels detailed above, please first :
(i) raise a support ticket as detailed above
(ii) call us via our off-net Emergency Support 24/7 Number: 03334 141 994. Please note that this number is for critical service affecting issues affecting clients only. Incorrect or inappropriate use of this service may be chargeable as detailed in your agreement with us.
