This solution advises you on the procedure of updating the emergency addresses that are associated with numbers in cases if one of, or both, of the reseller and/or client is based outside of the UK.

If the party is not a resident inside of the UK then the location information / '999' address details should not be updated / submitted.  Instead, the reseller should ensure that they have informed their customer that emergency services are not available and, where possible, technically restrict them from dialling emergency service numbers such as 999, 112, 101, etc.

In the case where the client is based in the UK, but are classed as 'nomadic' / roaming, then the primary location address should be used.
