It is possible for a reseller - and end client if the reseller gives permission - to set up blacklisted and whitelisted numbers or prefixes. Entries made at reseller level will apply to all underlying clients and may not be amended by clients: such entries are therefore 'greyed out' / uneditable and cannot be deleted by a client; blue coloured entries are those made by a client and these may be deleted by a client or over-arching reseller.
To add a new blacklist number or blacklist prefix, select 'Add' under 'Black List Numbers/Prefixes' and enter a prefix/number in international format, e.g. country code then prefix/number without any leading zero. If you are entering a black listed or white listed prefix (as opposed to a number), you must suffix the prefix with a '*'; black listed and white listed numbers should not be suffixed with a '*'. For example, to bar all calls to UK 090 numbers refer to the first entry in the black list in the example below; to white list the number 084441234567 refer to the first entry in the white list in the example below:
If black listing a number, after 'Add' has been pressed and the number entered, once 'Save' is pressed you are required to enter a reason and text/conditions (this information will be used in later releases of black listing functionality):
Once 'Save' is pressed the number will then appear in the black list section (refer to number 077997112233 in the example above).
To add a new whitelisted number or whitelisted prefix, select 'Add' under 'White List Numbers/Prefixes' and follow a similar process as for blacklisting above (however there is no requirement to state a reason or accompanying text/conditions when whitelisting numbers). Do remember to enter a prefix/number in international format, e.g. country code then prefix/number without any leading zero and if you are entering a black listed or white listed prefix (as opposed to a number), you must suffix the prefix with a '*'.
Numbers may be removed by right-clicking on a blacklist or whitelist entry and selecting 'Delete selected number' (subject to access rights).
