As a part of the simplification that took place in Limits Phase 3, the default / maximum limits that were allocated to the default profiles in Limits Phase 2 have been replaced by higher pre-set limits. This means that you have the option in Limits Phase 3, as additional further protection is provided, to set higher limits if you wish.

The simplest way to view a maximum permitted limit is to select any profile at reseller level and attempt to set a limit via 'Set Monthly limit (Minutes)': you'll see the 'Max limit value' stated in the 'Set Destination Limit' dialog:
